The Opportunity
Our partners, content marketing agency Yakkety Yak, brought us on board to create video content for two services offered by the same medical group.
We were asked to tell the story of how meaningful and important an in-home lactation consultation can be for a mom and her baby, and the relief an IBCLC’s expertise can provide.
In the second video, we emphasize how easy the three step process is to getting an insurance-covered breast pump, in a situation that could have been much more stressful otherwise.
The client wanted to make it clear that these were two separate services, so while both videos shared the same interviewed staff and location, we heard from different mothers and added an extra graphic element in post production to ensure each video had its own look and style.
The Reach
These videos were created to live on the organizations’ websites and give quick insight into their services. In addition, the videos were posted on different social media channels, and months later repurposed to create shorter, social-media specific edits.
The Results
We interviewed real moms – real clients – and used those heartfelt moments from everyone on camera to give the video an authentic, inviting voice that extends throughout the brand.
It’s important that moms feel comfortable reaching out for these services. Having Video on each organization’s website home page helps moms connect to the brand by making the landing page feel less like a brochure and more like a personal connection.
